This photo has been used for a commercial in Paris’ metro and I never took the time to find out who was the photographer behind it: it Wolfgang Tillmans, an American photographer whose other photos are quite “special” (I’ll let you find by yourself if you want…).
Anyway, I really like this one, especially its composition and the feeling of space & immensity it has. It has been used for a commercial for the Opera and it’s a perfect match for me, even if it’s a very modern & urban subject.
